Employers and employees need to know what they are legally required to do to maintain a safe workplace. While we hope everyone can use a certain amount of common sense, that’s not enough and we need to know how to keep the workplace safe.
At TMI we have adopted very interactive training sessions to keep students interested and eager to learn more in this important area. We’ve all heard about hazards, risks and incidents, what we need to know the best way to deal with them.
This exciting course navigates students through various procedures and scenarios. It advises them of what they are required to do and prepares them to deal sensibly with unexpected situations. After the necessary theory sessions, we will get out of the classroom and look at some real life challenging examples.
